And by
this I don't mean the kind of friends that tear down your morals or self worth.
We all deserve to be around people who pull us up rather than tear us down. Be
with the people who make you happy, who aren't afraid to be themselves, who
love life, and who laugh a lot too. Having good, strong social connections help
to dispense youthful energy for a fact.
Embrace The Outdoors.
Too many of us
spend time on the things that, in our sunset years, won't be worth a dime. Get
out of the hallowed halls of your office and spend some time in the great
outdoors. Take your child for a stroll in the sunshine, read a book by the lake
in the park, do some gardening, or go fishing. Full blown activities can be
reserved for weekends and quiet evenings, but try taking a 15 to 20 minute
break between office hours just to enjoy the creation around you. Drink in the
sunlight too because sunlight helps your body to produce serotonin, a brain

While
this point is not what most people talk about regarding “feeling young”, it is
